Introduction

Welcome to Junon Weddings, a mobile application dedicated to interaction between future spouses and their guests. These Terms of Service (hereinafter referred to as "TOS") govern the use of the Junon Weddings application (hereinafter referred to as "the Application") provided by Junon Weddings, with its registered office located at 9 Rue Rode, 33000 Bordeaux, France (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"). By using the Application, you agree to these TOS in their entirety.

Registration and User Account

a. To use the Application, you must register by providing your email address, names, and first names. You may also choose to provide a phone number and postal address, but this is optional.

a. You agree to abide by the Application's rules of conduct, including not posting inappropriate, defamatory, offensive, or illegal content.

b. You agree not to use the Application for fraudulent or malicious purposes.

Updates and Modifications to the TOS

a. The Company reserves the right to update or modify these TOS at any time. Users will be notified of changes by email or via the company's website at www.junon-weddings.com.

Account Termination

a. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account in case of a breach of these TOS or inappropriate behavior.

Jurisdiction and Applicable Law

a. These TOS are governed by French law, and any dispute arising from these TOS will be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
